Acknowledgement of Country

Wilson Family Olives acknowledges and pays respect to past, present and future traditional custodians and Elders of this nation. We especially acknowledge and pay our respects to the Wiradjuri people of the Narromine region. The Wiradjuri word for bee is ngarru and the Aboriginal people of Narromine were known as Ngarrumayiny – ‘people of bees and honey’.

Our Shipping Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will normally send receipt of your order within a few minutes of you placing your order.
We endeavour to post your goods via Australia Post within 5-10 working days. Once we post to you, we will email you the tracking number so you can track your order with Australia Post. If at any stage you do not have this tracking number, please email us at hello@wilsonfamilyolives.com so we can provide it for you (or track it on your behalf).
Our Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 10 working days money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at hello@wilsonfamilyolives.com within that time and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened or consumed in large measure, or damaged after delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the products via Australia Post and you are responsible for all return postage for products that are not faulty. You are responsible for any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure, so insurance is recommended.
Orders given free freight will be shipped via Australia Post. At this stage, we are not able to post internationally.
